THE ICONS ARE NOT LABELED, THE LAUNCHER HAS A FUNCTION TO LABEL THEM.
**This file includes the actual icons, background, and the lockscreen that I used. The previous upload was just a picture... whoops**
A few weeks ago, I caught wind of the 8-bit Avengers picture (and the subsequent 8-bit Avengers homescreen) and I wanted to do something similar.
I've always loved 8-bit art and have always thought about making a simple design for my android phone. I never really had the opportunity until now to really get down and hammer out the details.
The overall skin is comprised of the 7 Launcher layout as a base with my own custom icons, background and lock screen.
The icons themselves have no titles settings, I used Launcher 7 to tie them to specific apps and then titled the icons within the launcher itself.
As of now, there are currently 11 character models to choose from :
- Batman
- Superman
- Wonderwoman
- Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)
- Martian Manhunder
- The Flash
- Aquaman
- Captain Marvel
- Captain Atom
- Black Canary
- Red Tornado
As the icons are set to the background, certain icons are set to the left side and certain icons are set to the right side. Then characters like The Flash, Red Tornado, and Captain Marvel are set to the middle as (2x1) icons.
I plan to do a few more themes in the future for different launchers and layouts but this is the first one that I finished and made myself happy with.
**I haven't had the time to find a lockscreen that I personally prefer so I took the lockscreen background picture and overlayed a lock button on it.**
If anyone has any icon requests or or issues with anything, please feel free to leave comments below and I'll try to get to them ASAP.
Also, are your icons just transparent colors, and the characters show up on them because of the background?
